Kim Patoka – Vice President – Processing Manager  Kim has been in the mortgage/banking/financial management arena for over 25 years. Her attention to detail and customer service skills are only surpassed by her dedication to her clients. To know Kim, you know she loves God, her family and her work ethic is beyond compare. She promotes the “ownership” of a processing file and has many dedicated loan originator followers. Kim lives in Indiana with her husband.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her eight grandchildren, which includes two sets of twins. (NMLS# 1823375)

Carlo Clemente – Processor  Carlo has been our setup processor since 2019. His ability to juggle many tasks has proven to be one of his biggest assets. To know Carlo, you know he is always willing to help, has a positive word to say about everyone and is a proven dedicated asset to our team. We are constantly getting compliments from customers on Carlo’s ability to go above and beyond. Carlo lives in Florida.  In his spare time, he enjoys being active, working out and spending time with friends and family.
